In 2004, he entered the legal sector, focusing on streamlining bulk legal processes such as will writing, conveyancing, and court of protection applications through case management systems. Since 2015, Steve has specialised in business intake projects, successfully implementing intake platforms for two of the largest global law firms headquartered in the UK, and overseeing the migration of a major national firm’s intake solution to integrate with SAP.
